摘　　要：介绍了专门测量煤饼干馏膨胀收缩的监测设备,得出分析推焦电流大原因的新方法,能够对焦炉加热制度或配比进行定量分析判定并优化,进而达到稳定生产、降低炼焦耗热量和最大限度延长焦炉寿命的目的。This paper introduces a special device monitoring the coal cake shrinkage during coal cakecarbonization process. A new method was deduced to analyze the reason for high pushing current. Bymeans of this new method, the heating conditions or coal blending ratio can be quantitativelyanalyzed,estimated and optimized. Therefore, the purpose of stabilizing production, reducing cokingheat consumption and maximizing battery life can be realized.
