摘　　要：通过对焦饼中心温度、横排系数、炉头系数、炭化室底部压力及炼焦耗热量指标进行分析,焦炉热工制度总体满足焦炭成熟需求。对标准温度制定、横排温度调整、炉头温度控制及集气管压力控制提出优化途径和建议,促进捣固焦炉热工制度持续优化。Through analysis on coke cake center temperature, cross wall temperature coefficient, endflue temperature coefficient,bottom pressure in eoking chamber and heat consumption for coking,itcan be concluded that the current thermo-tech conditions of coke oven meet the requirement formaturing coke. Optimization on determination of standard temperature, adjustment of cross walltemperature, control of end flue temperature and GC main pressure has been proposed to continuouslyimprove the heating conditions of coke oven battery.
