“嵌入性”自主治理:温州行业自主治理的典型研究

摘　　要：以民间商会为治理载体的温州行业治理被视为中国行业自主治理的典范,这种自主治理实质上是一种"嵌入性"自主治理,它的嵌入性主要体现在以下三个维度:一是经济活动与社会关系的相互嵌入,二是民间商会对地方政府的"行政嵌入",三是行业成员对"温州人网络"的嵌入。上述三个维度的嵌入使得温州行业自主治理得以通过信任、互惠、相互监督、内部权威、声誉等非正式治理机制实现。Industry governance of Wenzhou as carrier of Civilian chamber of Commerce is regarded as a model of industry selfgovernance in China, this kind of self-governance is a kind of 'embedded' self-governance in essential. Its embeddedness is mainly reflected in the following three dimensions: the first is the mutual embeddedness between economic activities and social relations, the second is 'administrative embeddedness' of Civilian chamber of Commerce in local government, the third is the embeddedness of industry members in 'network of Wenzhou person'. The above three dimensions of embeddedness makeindustry self-governance of Wenzhou realized through informal governance mechanisms such as trust, reciprocity, mutual supervision,internal authority, reputation and so on.
