摘　　要："去行政化"是高校发展的一大趋势。要发挥高校领导班子的整体功能,应在科学定位领导班子整体功能含义和内容的基础上,认清"去行政化"对两套领导班子的积极影响,构建发挥整体功能的外部政府推动和内部大学治理的途径。The de - administrative management will be a trend of the development of universities and colleges. In order to exert the al- lomeric function of the leadership in universities and colleges, we should clarify the connotation and content of the allomeric function of the leadership in universities and colleges and recognize the positive effect of de - administration.
