摘 要:为了保障输电线路、输电设备的正常运行,安装了各种监测、监控设备,但由于在不同时期安装的监控设备,其不同的操作界面、各种各样的监测数据,给综合管理带来了极大的不便。针对这一问题,本文将数据融合技术和GIS相结合,研发了可融合现有输电线路监测监控系统的一体化管理平台。现场应用表明,本系统可以极大的帮助管理人员及时了解各变电站、变电设施的运行情况及实时工况参数,可随时查阅各个设备、设施的详细文字、图片及视频资料,有效的提高了管理水平,缩短了事故处理时间,保障了输电网络高效、安全运行。In order to ensure the normal operation of the transmission lines and transmission equipments, the variety advanced monitoring and control equipments are installed, especially monitoring equipments installed in different periods have the different operating interfaces and all kinds of monitoring data, it brings great inconvenience to integrating management. In order to solve this problem, the integrating management platform of integrating transmission line and monitoring system is researched by combining the data fusion technology and GIS in this paper. Field application shows that, this system can greatly help managers timely understand the operating condition and the real-time status parameters of substation and substation facilities, consult the detailed text, pictures and video data of each equipment and facilities in any time, effectively improve the management level, shorten the processing time of the accident, and ensure the efficient and safe operation of the transmission network.
