摘　　要：城镇化和创新是新常态新阶段保持河南经济持续稳定增长的两大动力源泉.为此,应该迅速启动至少包括郑、汴、焦、新、许等五城市在内的大郑州都市区统一规划和建设,尤以促进郑汴港区域协调发展为先.以郑开大道等城际之间主干道快速化改造及城际铁路与市内交通体系无缝对接改造为突破口,逐步形成交通基础设施全面对接、功能定位合理、互动互补、运行顺畅的都市连绵区.Under the new normal and new stage, urbanization and innovation are two important sources of motivation which lead to Henan Province＇ s economy maintaining continuous and steady growth. Therefore, the government should quickly activate the unified planning and construction of the Zhengzhou metropolitan area at least include Zhengzhou, Kaifeng, Jiaozuo, Xinxiang, Xuchang the five cities. Especially, we should give the priority to promoting the coordinated development of Zhengzhou, Kaifeng and Airport area. The intercity main road rapid transformation such as Zheng Kai Avenue and intercity railway urban traffic system seamless joint transformation should as the significant breakthrough, gradually form the traffic infrastructure comprehensive docking, rational function orientation, interaction and smooth operation of the Metropolitan Interlocking Region.
