摘  要:套管开窗侧钻是有效开发低生产井、重新利用报废井、提升产能增收创益的有效手段。由于受小井眼尺寸、环空间隙等因素的影响,在固井过程中通常导致水泥浆上返摩阻增加,环空当量密度变大,地层易被压漏,水泥浆漏失低返现象严重;此外还造成套管居中效果差,水泥浆窜槽现象频发,大幅增大了固井难度。从优选水泥浆体系与提高顶替效率着手,并采用紊流+塞流顶替技术、不留水泥塞技术、平衡压力固井技术,对环空压力进行控制计算,并对不同区块多口井进行现场应用,固井水平与质量得到明显改善。通过创新与实践应用旨在探索出一套提高侧钻小井眼固井质量的应用技术。Casing sidetracking is an effective means of developing low production wells, reusing abandoned wells, promoting the productivity and economic benefit.The influences of slim hole size, annular clearance and other factors in the cementing process usually leads to the increase of return frictional resistance of cement slurry, larger annular equivalent density, formation leakage easily and serious of cement slurry leakage low return phenomenon. Moreover,they creat poor casing centering effect and frequent phenomenon of cement slurry channeling. The difficulty of cementing is greatly increased. In order to optimize cement slurry and improve the displacement efficiency, this paper uses technology of plug flow turbulence displacement, no leaving cement plug and balanced pressure cementing, as well as calculating annular pressure, which are applied in different block wells. The cementing level and quality have been improved obviously. A set of technology for improving the sidetracking slim hole cementing quality will be explored by innovating and practicing.
