摘 要:膜组的气流分配与汇集方式的选择对膜空分制氮机的设计非常重要。分析和比较了膜组的几种连接方式,重点阐述了膜组并联时的气流分配与汇集技术方面的问题,讨论了膜组的性能差异和总气进出位置对其并联效果的影响,最后建议建立一个具有一定规模的测验平台,用试验确定最佳的膜组连接方式、安放顺序和总气进出口位置以及劣性能膜组氮出口之限制管径大小等,使整个膜组的效能最大化和制氮效果最优,为膜组气流分配和汇集方式的选择提供依据。It is very important to choose the ways of gas flow distribution and influx of membrane modules when designing a membrane air-separating nitrogen-generator. The paper analyzed and compared several connecting ways of membrane modules, set forth emphatically the questions about the technica of gas flow distribution and influx of modules at parallel connection and discussed the influences of capacity difference of modules and total influx & efflux location upon results of parallel connection, finally suggested to build a large test platform which could be used to ascertain the optimal connecting way and location sequence and total influx & efflux location and the restrained diameters of nitrogen pipe of the inferior modules with experiments, maximize the efficiency of whole modules and supply gists for the choice of the ways of gas flow distribution and influx.
