摘  要:矿石为钽、铌稀有金属矿石,并伴生有锂、铍、铷、铯等多种稀有金属。原矿品位为:Ta2O50.017%,Nb2O50.007 6%。钽、铌主要呈独立矿物细晶石的形式存在,其次以铌钽锰矿形式存在。确定了阶段磨矿、阶段分级摇床粗选—磁选脱除铁屑和强磁性矿物的钽、铌选矿工艺流程,获得了(Ta,Nb)2O5品位37.30%,钽铌总回收率43.31%的钽铌精矿,其中钽铌品位以及杂质含量均符合我国钽铌精矿质量标准的要求。The ore is a kind of tantalum(niobium)-bearing rare metal ore, and accompanied with various rare metals such as lithium, beryllium, rubidium, caesium and etc. The grade of Ta205 in this ore is 0. 017% ,and Nb205 is 0.007 6%. Tantalum and niobium mainly exist independently as microlite, and secondly as manganotapiolite. The mineral processing flowsheet " stage grinding, stage classification followed by table concentrator roughing-removing scrap iron and strongly magnetic minerals by magnetic separation" was used, and the tantalum-niobium concentrate was obtained, in which the grade of (Ta,Nb)205is 37.30% with the total recoveries of tantalum and niobium were 43.31%. The grade and impurity contents of this tantalum-niobium concentrate accolxl with the quality standard of China.
