摘 要:某尾矿含硫29.32%,含钴0.069%(钴以类质同象替代赋存于黄铁矿中),具有较高的综合回收价值。而矿山前端选铜锌工艺为高碱工艺,造成浮选尾矿矿浆碱度较高(p H值大于11),采用传统硫酸工艺直接浮选尾矿,存在硫酸耗量大、安全环保问题。针对矿山实际,采用一种新型廉价的固体活化剂ZJS-22替代硫酸,开发了碱性(p H值大于10)选硫新工艺,经"一次粗选、一次扫选、两次精选"闭路流程选别,可获得硫品位49.03%、钴品位0.118%、硫回收率85.48%、钴回收率88.74%的硫精矿,取得了较好的选矿指标。A sulfide tailings contains sulfur 29.32%, cobalt 0. 069% ( the cobalt exists in pyrite in form of isomorphism), the comprehensive recovery value is high. But the tailing pulp alkalinity is high, caused by the process of Cu-Zn separation in high alkali. And traditional sulfuric acid floating process to recovery of sulfur brings about high acid consumption and safety problem. This paper found a cheap solid activator ZJS-22 to substitute sulfuric acid to float sulfur from the high alkali sulfide tailings. The sulfur concentrate containing S 49. 03%, Co 0. 118%, and sulfur recovery of 85.48%, cobalt recovery of 88.74% were obtained by the flowsheet of single roughing-single scavenging-twice cleaning. And the dressing indexes by this flowsheet is high.
