摘  要:在球磨机中,钢球回落时具有的动能转化成了对矿石的破碎能。通过数学理论分析,推导出球磨机破碎能理论公式、最优破碎下充填率与转速率之间的理论公式及其最优理论取值范围。同时,以广西某选矿厂锡石多金属硫化矿为原料进行磨矿试验,考察磨矿时间、磨矿浓度、磨机转速率与充填率等因素对矿石破碎的影响规律,并验证该理论公式的适应性及相关参数理论取值范围的可靠性。结果表明,在转速率为83%、充填率为30.82%时矿石破碎程度最高,该结果证明了该理论公式具有良好的适应性,相关参数理论取值范围的可靠性好。Grinding is the process of the function transformation of the steel ball effect in the ball mill, the kinetic energy of the steel ball fall into the broken energy of the ore. Through the analysis of mathematical theory, ~ the theoretical formula of the crushing energy of the ball mill and the theoretical formula of the filling rate and rotation rate under the optimum crushing and its range of optimal theory are deduced. In Guangxi, cassiterite polymetallic sulfide ore of a concentrator is used as milling material to investigate the influence regularity of fragmentation of single particle grade ores in different adaptability of theoretical equation and the theoretical time, concentration, speed rate, filling rate, and verify the range realiability of related parameters. The results showed that the degree of fragmentation was the highest when the rotation speed was 83% and the filling rate was 30. 82%, which was consistent with the above theoretical formula. The theoretical range of related parameters can possess better realiability.
