摘  要:介绍了球墨铸铁轧辊的生产工艺,为查明生产中轧辊辊身出现裂纹的原因,对生铁的化学成分、轧辊成品样化学成分、气体成分以及金相组织进行了大量分析,改进措施为:更换孕育剂,增加随流孕育;添加冷轧厂剪边碎料来降低原铁液w(Si)量;在熔炼中后期添加碎玻璃,避免铁液裸露在空气中,控制气体中的w(H)量,减少气体侵入;提高加料速度,使熔炼时间减少1/4-1/3。生产结果显示:上述措施降低了裂纹源出现的几率,有效地遏制了轧辊裂纹、断辊等质量问题的发生。The production process of the nodular iron roller was introduced. In order to find out the reason causing crack on the roller body,a greal lot of analysis works were conducted on the chemical composition of the pig iron, chemical composition of the finished roller,chemical composition of gases as well as mierostrueture of the finished roller. The improving measures were as follows:changing inoeulant and adding pouring stream inoeulation;adding cutting scarps from the rolling plant to decrease Si content of the base iron meh;adding glass scraps in the middle and late stages of mehing to avoid the iron melt opening to the air and thereby to control hydrogen content and redueed gas penetrating into the meh;inereasing charging rate to shorten melting time by 1/4-1/3. The results showed:above mentioned measures redueed the probability of the crack source occurring, and therefore, effectively limited the crack and break off of the rollers occurring.
