沈阳市父母代鸡场禽白血病带毒情况调查分析

摘　　要：为掌握沈阳市肉种鸡场禽白血病带毒感染状况，2014～2016年沈阳市动物疫病预防控制中心共对65家规模禽场进行了调查。采集不同日龄鸡群的泄殖腔棉拭予5395份、翅静脉血液5395份。分别进行P27抗原和ALV-J抗体的酶联免疫法（ELIsA）检测。从近三年的监测结果看，J抗体平均阳性率为1006／5395（18．65％），感染情况较为严重。ALV—p27的平均阳性率为1102／5395（20．43％），带毒情况不容忽视。通过监测结果，建议种禽场管理者应重视禽白血病监测与净化。In order to master the broiler breeder in Shenyang city of avian leukosis virus infec- tion status, a total of 65 scale poultry farms were investigated by Shenyang animaL disease pre- vention and control center from 2014 to 2016. We collected different day old chickens cloacal swab 5 395 copies, 5 395 copies of the wing vein blood. The enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） was used to detect the P27 antigen and ALV-J antibody respectively. From nearly three years of monitoring results, the average positive rate of J antibody was 1 006/5 395 （18.65%）, and the infection was more serious. The average positive rate of ALV-p27 was 1 102/5 395 （20.43%）, which can not be ignored. Through our monitoring results, suggestions for poultry farm managers should pay attention to monitoring and purification of avian leukosis.
