摘　　要：基于市场导向的肉羊产业链优化分析,旨在以消费者需求导向和生产者需求导向为切入点,在厘清肉羊产业链关键环节、关键要素、主要模式与相关利益主体行为的基础上,探讨我国肉羊产业链的优化机制。肉羊产业链优化是餐饮企业、屠宰加工企业、养殖场户和育种企业等相关利益主体行为动态优化过程,市场导向的肉羊产业链优化主体行为主要表现在产品、技术与纵向协作模式创新,进而会促使养殖场户走向规模化、标准化经营,促使龙头企业通过多种形式走向更紧密的合作或一体化经营。因而本文的分析具有重要的理论价值和实际意义。Mutton sheep industry chain optimization analysis based on market-oriented, aimed at to consumer demand oriented and producers demand oriented as the breakthrough point, in clarify- ing the key link of mutton sheep industry chain, key elements, main patterns and behavior, on the basis of relevant stakeholders to probe into the optimization mechanism of mutton sheep industry chain in China. Mutton sheep industry chain optimization is catering enterprises, farming house- holds and breeding, slaughtering and processing enterprise related benefit main body behavior dy- namic optimization process, the market orientation of mutton sheep industry chain optimization of main body behavior is mainly manifested in longitudinal cooperative mode, technology and product innovation, and, in turn, would lead to farm households to scale, standardized management, make leading enterprises through various forms to closer cooperation or integration of the operation. This paper analysis has important theoretical va^ue and practical significance.
