摘　　要：[目的]构建一套科学、可行,可用于评价临床护理人员人文关怀能力的评价指标体系。[方法]使用德尔菲专家函询法进行两轮专家函询。[结果]构建的临床护理人员人文关怀能力评价指标体系包含一级指标4项、二级指标22项;两轮专家问卷有效回收率分别为95.0%,92.1%;权威程度系数为0.889 4,经两轮专家函询,指标均满足最低纳入标准,即结果可信。[结论]基于德尔菲法构建的临床护理人员人文关怀能力评价指标体系结果可信,能够用于评价临床护理人员人文关怀能力,为提高医疗单位的服务质量及病人满意度提供理论依据。Objective：To construct a set of scientific and feasible evaluation index system,which could be used to evaluate the humanistic caring ability of clinical nursing personnel.Methods：The Delphi expert inquiry method was used for two rounds of expert consultation.Results：The evaluation index system included 4 first-grade and 22 second-grade evaluation indixes.Which were constructed humanistic caring capability of clinical nursing staff.Two rounds of expert questionnaire,the effective recovery rate was respectively 95.0% and 92.1%.The authority coefficients was 0.889 4.After two rounds of expert consultation,the indicators were to meet the minimum criteria for inclusion and the results were credible.Conclusion：The results of evaluation index system constructing the clinical nurses＇ humanistic caring ability based on Delphi method was credible,which can used to evaluate the ability of humanistic care in clinical nursing staff and provided a theoretical basis for improving the medical service quality and patient satisfaction.
