品管圈对提高家属发热知识知晓率的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨开展品管圈活动提高儿科门诊患儿家属对发热相关知识知晓率的实践效果。方法2015年1月开展品管圈活动,确定活动主题为"提高儿科门诊患儿家属对发热相关知识知晓率",通过定期组织圈员会议,全面查找儿科门诊患儿家属对发热知识知晓率较低的原因,并制定相对应策略。综合对比品管圈活动开展前后,门诊患儿家属对发热知识知晓率的变化情况。结果开展品管圈活动3个月后,儿科门诊患儿家属对发热相关知识的知晓合格率由51.88%,提升为77.35%,较开展前显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展品管圈活动对于提高儿科门诊患儿家属对发热知识知晓率有着较好的价值成效,值得长期深入开展。Objective To explore the practical effect of carrying out quality control circle activities on improving the awareness rate of fever related knowledge of family members in outpatient department of Pediatrics.Methods The quality management circle activity was carried out from January 2015 in author＇s hospital,the theme of the activity was to improve the families of children with fever related knowledge awareness rate,and to find out the reasons for the low awareness rate of fever related knowledge in the outpatient department of pediatrics,and to make the countermeasures through the regular quality control circle meeting.The change of the family members of the patients with fever related knowledge awareness rate was compared before and after the activity.Results After 3 months carrying out quality control circle activity,the awareness rate of the family members outpatient department of fever related knowledge was increased from51.88%to 77.35%,significantly improved than before（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Carrying out quality control circle activities is very helpful to improve the awareness rate of fever related knowledge of family members in outpatient department of pediatrics.It is worth the long-term and in-depth development.
