股方肌骨瓣移植联合空心钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究分析股方肌骨瓣移植联合空心钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折的临床效果。方法选取2009年3月—2015年3月收治的股骨颈骨折患者88例,随机分为两组,各44例。对照组采用空心钉内固定治疗,观察组采用股方肌骨瓣移植联合空心钉内固定治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗优良率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组骨折愈合率以及股骨头坏死情况均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论股方肌骨瓣移植联合空心钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折效果显著,可明显提高治疗优良率,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of quadratus femoris muscle-pedicle bone graft transplantation combined with hollow screw fixation in treatment of femoral neck fracture. Methods Eighty-eight patients with femoral neck fracture treated in our hospital between March 2009 and March 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experiment group, with 44 patients in each group. Patients in control group received hollow screw fixation, and those in experiment group underwent quadratus femoris muscle-pedicle bone graft transplantation combined with hollow screw fixation. The clinical effects were compared between two groups. Results The excellent rate of treatment in experiment group was significantly higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）. The fracture healing rate and condition of femur head necrosis in experiment group were much better than those in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Quadratus femoris muscle-pedicle bone graft transplantation combined with hollow screw fixation may yield favorable clinical effect in treatment of femoral neck fracture, which can significantly improve the excellent rate of treatment and are worthy of application.
