竞技体育中运动员道德行为失范成因研究

摘　　要：研究目的:竞技体育在商业化、职业化发展的进程中,运动员的道德行为在社会环境的浸染中出现了错位。研究方法:运用文献资料法,通过对运动员价值观念、主体性两方面造成的道德行为失范进行剖析。研究结果与结论:认为式微的传统道德约束力,道德教育与行动之间的脱节,运动员体育精神的欠缺是运动员道德行为失范的成因,提出匡正社会诚信,为竞技体育诚信提供良好的内、外部环境;提高运动员的道德素质,注重道德教育和道德践行的统一;怀自律之心遵他律之规,加强运动员个人自律与公共道德关系的认知作为道德失范的治理路径,从而促进竞技体育朝着"更高、更快,更强"的理念健康稳定发展。Purpose： In the process of commercial and professional development, the moral behavior of the athletes in the social environment of the dip. Method： using literature, through the athletes＂ concept of value, the paper analyzes subjectivity moral anomie. Results and conclusion： the decline of the traditional moral sanction, the disconnection between moral education and action, and the lack of spirit of athletes causes anomie of moral behavior of the athletes. To remedy the social integrity is proposed to provide a good intemal and external environment for athletics sports integrity; to improve the moral quality of the athletes, pay attention to the unity of moral education and moral practice; to hold the rule of autonomy in mind to obey the discipline, and strengthen athletes personal discipline and public moral cognition for fan in the path of governance ethics, so as to promote sports towards the ＂higher, faster, stronger＂ the concept of healthy and stable development.
