摘　　要：根据现有的防震减灾科普宣传手段,结合手机移动App发展现状,提出了开发一款基于手机的防震减灾科普宣传移动App。通过软件架构、功能及运行环境等设计,初步完成了移动App的系统设计。Based on the present propaganda measures for the science popularization of earthquake prevention and disaster mitigation, an App program based on the mobile phone is developed. We firstly put forward architectures, functions and running environment and secondly finished the system designing of a mobile phone - based App pro- gram for the earthquake prevention and disaster mitigation.
