摘  要:以烯丙醇作起始剂,采用双金属氰化物(DMC)催化剂,研究了影响端烯丙基聚醚反应诱导期的因素;进行了连续加起始剂、全连续工艺合成端烯丙基聚醚的研究。结果表明,优选催化剂、提高起始剂相对分子质量、使用溶剂、提高环氧化物比例、提高烯丙醇纯度均可缩短诱导期;全连续工艺非常适合生产端烯丙基聚醚。The factors affecting the reaction induction period of allyl-terminated polyether were investigated by using double metal cyanide (DMC) catalyst and using allyl alcohol as initiator. The research on continuous addition of the initiator, full-continuous process for synthesizing allyl-terminated polyether was carried out. The results show that the induction period can be shortened by optimizing catalyst, increasing relative molecular mass of initiator, using solvent, raising ratio of epoxide, as well as increasing purity of allyl alcohol. The full-continuous process is quite suitable for the production of allyl-terminated polyether.
