摘　　要：为了规范和保证变电设备在线监测装置的质量和性能,提高装置运行可靠性,防止在变电设备在线监测装置评估过程中主观情感因素影响评估结果,建立了树状结构在线监测装置性能评估指标体系,以及一种基于带有情感客观过滤特征的变电设备在线监测装置性能评估模型,并用实例验证了该评估模型能够有效地消除或控制在线监测装置性能评估中的主观情感因素与评估的不确定性。To standardize and ensure the quality and performance of the on-line monitoring devices of substation equipment, improve device operation reliability and avoid subjective emotion influence, a treelike evaluation index system of on-line monitoring device and a performance evaluation model based on emotion filtering are established. Finally, the example validations indicate that the performance evaluation model can eliminate or control subjective emotion and the uncertainty of online detection device performance evaluation effectively.
