摘 要:液压支架电液控制系统用液压阀体由于其结构复杂,交叉孔多,目前的清洗工艺都不能满足其装配清洁度要求。通过对液压阀体3种清洗工艺分别进行研究试验,对比分析试验后的清洁度检测结果,根据需求最终选取高压定点冲洗作为该类型液压阀体的清洗工艺,该工艺方法使液压阀体清洗后的清洁度满足了MT419-1995要求,并降低了操作人员的劳动程度,提高了产品质量的稳定性。The structure of the hydraulic valve that used in the hydraulic powered support in the electro-dydraulic control system is very complicated. Due to its complicated cross holes, the current cleaning process cannot meet the assembly cleanliness requirements. Three kinds of cleaning processes of the hydraulic valves are studied and experimented. Through the comparison and analysis of the cleanliness test results, the fix point with high pressure washing method is chosen as the cleaning process of the hydraulic valve. After cleaning through the fix point with high pressure washing method, the cleanliness of the hydraulic valve absolutely meets the requirement of the standard MT419-1995. In the meantime, this method not only reduces the labor intensity, but it also improves the stability of the product quality.
