摘　　要：针对新桥煤矿工作面生产工艺现状,提出采用可调式控风抽尘净化技术对工作面粉尘进行治理。探讨了可调式控风抽尘净化机理和系统组成,并研制了控尘装置和高效湿式除尘器。通过对2310综掘工作面开展配套工艺应用研究,采用采技术后工作面司机位置处降尘效率达98.2%,有效改善了工作面劳动卫生条件。According to the status of the fully mechanized heading face in Xinqiao Coal Mine,it puts forward dust purification technology of adjustable control wind pumping.it discusses the adjustable control mechanism and system components,and developes a highly efficient dust control means and the wet scrubber. The dust control efficiency is 98.2% applicated in the 2310 comprehensive driving faces, improves effectively the health conditions of labor face.
