摘　　要：对德国生态住区的典范——汉诺威康斯伯格进行了系统的阐述与分析,重点研究了该住区的生态理念、技术及组织实施方法,并简要介绍了项目评估反馈情况,结合其他经典案例的概要对德国生态住区建设经验进行了总结。This article comprehensively described and analyzed the model project of ecological settlement inKronsberg district of Hannover, Germany. We focused on its ecological concepts, ecological technologies and implementation, additionally including the evaluation results. Finally, the article concluded the experience of ecological settlement construction in Germany by generalizing other typical eases as well as Kronsberg.
