摘 要:通过无损检测、宏观检验、理化检验、扫描电镜微观等方法对某电厂运行后的主给水管道表面裂纹进行系统分析,并对主给水管道材质和安全状况进行鉴定,发现了管道表面原始重皮在运行过程中发生扩展,是导致主给水管道产生裂纹的直接原因,提出对于管道中重皮等原始缺陷应严格控制和彻底处理。The cracks on the surface of the main feedwater pipes which were in service in a factory were analyzed systematically through nondestructive testing,macroscopic structure inspection,physical and chemical testing,SEM inspection,etc. It has been discovered that the cracks of the pipes are mainly caused by the expansion of the original laps on ripe surface when it is in service. Besides,the materials and security conditions of the pipes were also identified. The original deficiencies of the laps on pipe surface are proposed to be strictly controlled and completely addressed.
