摘  要:电力电子技术和高功率密度器件在船舶领域有着广泛的应用,转速测量的可靠性对于船舶电力系统具有重要的意义。本文设计了一种基于Lab VIEW的船舶电力推进装置转速检测系统,选择东风康明斯3971994 M18*1.5转速传感器和NI USB 6259数据采集卡作为采集系统的前端,通过USB串口通信将数据传送至上位机,利用Lab VIEW的监视和显示功能,对转速进行同步的显示,处理分析和保存。该设计在船舶电力推进监控装置中进行了实际测试,结果表明,该方法检测精度高,可靠性好,人机交互良好,可作为推广应用。Since power electronics and high power density devices are widely used in the transport sector like shipping, the reliability of speed measurement is of great significance to the overall ship "s electrical power system. This paper proposes an effective speed measurement system designed for ship's electrical power devices based on LabVIEW, in which DCEC CUMMINS 3971994 M18*1.5 velocity sensor and NI USB 6259 data acquisition module are selected to be used in the front end of DAS. The data acquired are transferred to PC via USB serial communication and then the speed values are displayed, analyzed and preserved synchronously owing to Lab VIEW's monitoring and displaying functions. This design is examined practically in the ship "s electrical power monitoring devices and the results show that it is of high accuracy, outstanding reliability and goodperformance in human-computer interaction, which can be widely applied in many fields.
