摘  要:针对承钢高炉铁水磷高、硫低,转炉脱磷负荷重,造渣料消耗高的问题,通过对转炉脱磷机理及造渣过程分析,从转炉脱磷的热力学及热平衡入手,研究前期快速成渣技术、低碱度造渣料配加模型、一次倒炉倒渣时机精准控制,最终开发了"低碱度双渣+留渣"造渣工艺。采用该工艺后降低了炼钢造渣料消耗,提升了终点控制水平,大幅降低炼钢生产成本。To solve the problems in the blast furnaces in Cheng Steel: high phosphorus and low sulfur in hot metal, heavy dephosphorization load for converter, high slag making materials consumption, based on analysis about converter dephosphorization mechanism and slag making process, starting from thermodynamics and thermal equilibrium of converter dephosphorization, researching fast earlier - stage slag forming technique, the model to add low -alkalinity slag making materials and the precise opportunity control for first - time turning down and deslagging, the slag making process " low - alkalinity double slag plus slag remaining" is at last developed. With it the slag making materials for steel making are reduced, end control level raised, the steel making production cost reduced by a wide margin.
