摘　　要：从降低结晶器液面波动入手,选取了3个有代表性的测量点,研究了不同拉速条件下,不同的水口结构和水口插入深度对液面波动高度的影响,确定了适宜的浸入式水口结构和水口浸入深度范围。应用后,降低了结晶器卷渣机率和热轧卷板的边部缺陷。To lower the liquid fluctuation height in mold, three representative measuring points are selected, the influence on the height of different nozzle structure and nozzle immersion depth under different casting speed is researched, and the suitable structure and depth range are determined. After all of these applied, the slag entrapment rate in mold and edge defect on hot rolling coiled sheet all are reduced.
