摘　　要：应用机械系统动力学仿真分析软件MSC-ADAMS对单面抛光机上、下盘速差状况进行了仿真分析,为研究玻璃在抛光过程中材料去除的均匀性提供了理论支持。Speed difference simulation analysis of upper and lower grinding plates of single-side polishing machine was carried out with simulation analysis software on machinery system dynamics （MSC-ADAMS） . This paper provides theoretical support for uniformly abrasion of glass surface during polished.
