摘　　要：如何掌握背越式跳高合理的助跑技术,是教练员和运动员十分关注的问题.为了能对教练员合理安排运动员的助跑训练提供相关的帮助,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法及实验对比法等,对葫芦岛市体校田径队跳高运动员进行研究,结果表明小曲线快速助跑与背越式紧密结合有利于运动员跳高水平的发挥.To master the reasonable approach run technique of back-style high jump is a question that the coaches and athletes need to care. In order to provide the related help for the coach to arrange the athletes＇ reasonable approach run training, this paper studies the high jump athletes of track and field team in Huludao City by using the methods of document, questionnaire, statistic, and experimental comparison and so on. The result showed that the small arc line approach run connecting tightly with the back style is helpful for the athletes to play well.
