摘 要:降低无源互调信号的功率能够提高接收机的灵敏度,对提高系统容量以及改善通信环境具有重要意义.组合式互调测试系统具有诸多优势,测试精度、测试效率、易操作性和稳定性均优于互调仪,尤其在大批量无源器件的测量上具有比较明显的优势.依据IEC 62037推荐的测试方法及中国移动无源器件技术规范测试要求,建立组合式无源互调自动测试系统,实现了GSM900和GSM1800频段三阶、五阶和七阶无源互调自动化测试.着重描述了无源互调的定义、产生原理、测试系统的结构以及测试方法.测试结果与数据分析表明,该系统的稳定性及测试数据的准确性均满足中国移动无源器件技术规范中的测试要求.Reducing the passive inter-modulation signal power can improve the sensitivity of the receiver, which has great significance in enhancing the capacity of system and improving the environment of communication. Combined passive inter-modulation test system is superior to PIA in many respects, such as test accuracy, measurement efficiency, operability and stability, especially in the aspect of the measurement of passive devices in large quantities. According to the testing method of IEC 62037 and China Mobile Passive Device Hardware Technical Requirement, a combined passive inter-modulation automatic test system is established, fulfilling the three-order, five-order, and seven-order passive inter-modulation automatic test of GSMg00 and GSM1800. This paper focuses on the definition of passive inter-modulation, generation principle, structure of test system and the test method. The test results and data analysis show that the stability of the system and the accuracy of test data meet the mobile passive device hardware technical reqmrement.
