乳腺外科见习生教学过程中患者隐私权保护的探讨与对策

摘　　要：临床见习是医学生培养过程中的重要环节,乳腺外科的见习教学由于涉及到患者的隐私器官,具有一定的特殊性,在教学过程中需要特别注意保护患者的隐私权。通过帮助见习学生树立保护患者隐私的意识、在教学活动前征得患者的知情同意以及在教学活动中采取多种保护措施,在充分保护患者隐私的同时,提高见习教学质量。Clinical clerkship is an essential part of the medical students＇ education. As the breast is an accessory sex organ, the clinical clerkship is unique in department of breast surgery, and much more attention should be paid to protect the patients＇ privacy. By establishing the consciousness of protecting the patients＇ privacy, obtaining the informed consent from the patients, and perfonning multi procedures to protect the privacy, the quality of clinical clerkship can be improved at the same time as protecting the patients＇ privacy.
