摘　　要：在新的历史时期,警队作风不仅表现为执法工作中的态度和风格,更代表着公安机关的性质与宗旨,时代内涵更为丰富。特别需要注意的是,互联网络助推涉警舆情的汹涌波澜,使少数民警、甚至是辅警的个别行为被放大、恶意炒作,影响整个警队的形象。在全部的公安工作中,队伍建设是根本,也是保证。要改进工作作风,必须狠抓队伍建设这个根本;发挥职能作用促作风改进;领导带头促作风改进;强化机制促作风改进。In the new historical period, the style of the police force not only shows the attitude and style in the law enforcement work, but also represents the nature and purpose of the public security organs, whose connotation of the times is richer. Which should be particularly noted is that the Internet boosts the surging waves of the public opinions of the police involved, so that the individual acts of a small number of police and even the auxiliary police are magnified and maliciously publicized to affect the image of the entire police force. In all of the public security work, team building is fundamental and guaranteed. To improve the style of work, must pay close attention to the team building; play a functional role to promote style improvement; take the lead of the leaders to promote style improvement; and strengthen mechanisms to promote style improvement.
