摘 要:为对比研究93号汽油、甲醇汽油M85和乙醇汽油E10的燃烧爆炸危险特性,首先测得影响其燃爆性能的主要理化参数,然后利用20 L爆炸球装置,试验考察油样在不同喷气压力条件下的雾化爆炸情况,并用液体燃料可持续燃烧性能测定仪,测定它们的燃烧情况以及火焰特征。结果表明,50 m L油样在同一喷气压力下,M85产生的最大爆炸压力和平均压力上升速率高于93号汽油和E10。当测定仪的油盘温度为40℃时,3个油样的着火延迟时间相差不大;在整个燃烧过程中,3个油样的火焰最高温度从高到低依次为:M85,E10,93号汽油,M85的燃烧持续时间较长。In order to research the combustion and explosion characteristics of 93#-gasoline, methanolgasoline(M85) and ethanol-gasoline(E10), their main physical and chemical parameters closely related to the combustion and explosion characteristics were measured. Their explosion characteristics were studied experimentally by means of a 20 L explosion vessel. Their combustion and flame characteristics were examined by using a liquid fuel sustainable combustion performance determination instrument. The research results indicate that the maximum explosion pressure and average pressure rise rate of M85 are higher than those of 93#-gasoline and E10 when 50 m L samples are injected by the same air pressure. When the temperature of the tray in liquid fuel sustainable combustion performance determination instrument is 40℃, the ignition delay time difference between the three samples can be neglected, that in the combustion process, the maximum flame temperature of M85 is higher than that of E10 which is higher than that of 93#-gasoline. And that the sustainable combustion time of M85 is longer than those of both E10 and 93#-gasoline.
