摘 要:为降低老旧电梯运行风险,提出基于整机运行性能参数修正的指数函数综合风险评价方法。从电梯关键部件出发,归纳电梯可能出现的危险状态,并将危险状态与电梯各关键部件对应,形成以部件危险状态为特征的风险评价指标体系。研究整机运行性能参数与部件状态的关系,并修正与之相关的子系统综合风险指标。综合考虑部件指标完备情况,以部件危险度为指数、部件指标完备性基数为底数,构建老旧电梯风险评价指数函数数学模型。研究结果表明,I,II类风险对整机风险影响水平显著,加强这2类风险的监测与管理能大大降低电梯运行风险。In order to reduce the operation risk of old elevators, a risk assessment method was worked out for old elevator based on sum of exponential functions. Starting from the elevator key components, possible dangerous states of an elevator were summarized. A risk assessment index system was established that was characterized by the dangerous state of each key part. Relationships between a elevator's performance parameters and its components' states were researched.The integrated risk of a subsystem that corresponding to each parameter was corrected. An exponential functions' sum based model was built for assessing risks of old elevators,in which risks involved in the key parts were taken as the exponents and the completeness of component index as the base numbers. The results show that the risks of I, II class have a significant impact on the overall risk level, strengthening monitoring and management of I, II class risk can reduce the risk involved in the elevator operation.
