输尿管镜在治疗妇科手术致输尿管热损伤中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察和探讨输尿管镜在治疗妇科手术致输尿管热损伤中的应用。方法选择于1998年6月至2015年6月我院收治的沧州地区治疗妇科手术所致输尿管热损伤的患者50例做为研究对象,在输尿管镜下行输尿管内支架引流术,观察临床疗效。结果输尿管镜在治疗妇科手术致输尿管热损伤时,住院时间短,无感染,肾积水,肾功能异常,输尿管狭窄以及梗阻等严重并发症。结论输尿管镜下修补联合内支架引流术的临床疗效确切,患者住院时间短,无严重不良反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe and investigate the clinical efficacy of ureteroscopy for the treatment of gynecologic surgery induced ureteral thermal damage. Methods We selected 50 cases of patients of several medical institutions treat gynecological surgery patients from June 1998 to June 2015 as the research subjects, Ureteroscopy downward in the observation group patients ureteral stent drainage, the clinical efficacy was compared. Results The hospitalization was less, and there were no infection, kidney seeper, kidney, ureteral stricture and obstruction and other serious complications. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of under ureter mirror repair joint stent drainage for the treatment of gynecologic surgery was definate, shorter hospitalization time, and the patients had no serious adverse reactions, it is worthy of clinical application.
