临床护理路径在急性左心衰竭护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的评价在对急性左心衰竭患者实施护理服务的过程中临床护理路径的应用效果。方法将2014年10月至2015年10月期间在我院接受急性左心衰竭治疗的患者148例,按照患者护理方法的不同分为观察组(n=74)和对照组(n=74),予以观察组患者临床护理路径,对照组患者给予常规护理服务。结果与对照组患者相比观察组患者住院时间、住院费用、护理满意度、再次入院率以及患者治疗的依从性均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在为急性左心衰竭患者实施护理服务的过程中,临床护理路径的运用缩短了患者的住院时间,减少了治疗的费用,降低了患者再次入院的可能性,提高了患者对护理服务的满意程度和治疗的依从性,为首选的护理模式,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the application effect Of clinical nursing pathway in the process of implementing nursing service for patients with acute left heart failure. Method Will be during the period of October 2014 October 2015 in our hospital accepted in 148 patients with acute left heart failure patients, according to different nursing methods for the observation group （n=74） and control group （n=74）, to be observed groups of patients with clinical nursing path and in the control group were given routine nursing care. Result Compared wi~ the control group, patients in the observation group were significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, the hospitalization expenses, nursing satisfaction, the rate of re admission and treatment compliance were significantly better than those of the control group. Conclusion For patients with acute left heart failure implementation of nursing service process and the application of clinical nursing path relationship patients hospitalization time, reduce the cost of treatment and reduce the patients were readmitted to the possibility and improve the patients to nursing service satisfaction degree and treatment compliance, is the preferred mode of nursing, is worth the clinical promotion.
