摘　　要：目的探讨实时超声引导经膀胱镜双J管置入术的应用及护理配合。方法回顾性分析2014年10月至2015年10月54例患者经膀胱镜双J管置入术应用超声在术前确定尿路梗阻的位置和肾积水情况;术中超声实时引导术者将双J管置入肾盂、输尿管和膀胱及置管术后监测双J管在肾盂、输尿管、膀胱内位置的过程和护理配合。结果 2014年10月至2015年10月54例患者经实时超声引导经膀胱镜下双J管放置正常,引流效果良好,梗阻症状缓解。结论实时超声引导定位在经膀胱镜双J管置入术时操作方便快捷,能够明显提高双J管置入术的成功率,特别适合妊娠合并肾绞痛的患者。Objectives To investigate the coordination between nurslings of double-J stent insertion of renal pelvis and operating through real-time guided cystoscope. Methods To detect the exact location of urinary tract obstruction and examine the status of hydronephrosis in preoperation, nursling＇s coordination ensures the whole operation success. A retrospective analysis was used in this study to assess the nursing work. The data were collected from 54 patients, who with hydronephrosis and were placed double-J stent into renal pelvis through bladder and ureter by using real-time ultrasound guided cystoscope. The location of double-J stent in the bladder, ureter as well as renal pelvis were detected under the monitoring with ultrasound image system, related postoperation nursling was recorded. Results The effects of the urinary drainage and the relief symptoms of obstruction were satisfactory, suggesting an appropriate nursing coordination. Conclusions It is a way of convenient and quick, placed double-J stent into renal pelvis by using real-time ultrasound guided cystoscope, and also can significantly improve the success rate of double-J stent t placement, especially for patients with pregnancy complicated with renal colic.
