阴式子宫手术治疗妇科子宫良性疾病的临床探析

摘　　要：目的探讨阴式子宫手术治疗妇科子宫良性疾病的临床疗效。方法选自2013年1月至2014年10月我院收治的子宫良性疾病患者82例,对这82例患者采用阴式子宫术进行治疗,在治疗结束后,对患者的治疗效果进行观察。结果 82例患者手术时间、术后排气时间、术后住院时间较短,平均手术出血量、术中风险事件发生率、术后并发症发生率较低,临床治疗的有效率较高。结论阴式子宫手术治疗妇科子宫良性疾病的临床疗效显著,术中安全性高,术后患者恢复快,可将阴式子宫手术作为治疗妇科子宫良性疾病的首选手术方式。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of vaginal hysterectomy surgery in the treatment of gynecological benign uterine disease. Methods Selected from January 2013 to October 2014 in our hospital 82 patients with benign uterine disease, these 82 cases were treated with vaginal hysterectomy surgery for treatment, after treatment, patient outcomes were observed. Results 82 patients were operative time, postoperative exhaust time, postoperative hospital stay is shorter mean operative blood loss, intraoperative risk event rate, a low incidence of postoperative complications, clinical treatment has a higher efficiency. Conelusinn The clinical efficacy of vaginal hysterectomy surgery for benign gynecologic disease of the uterus significant intraoperative safe, rapid postoperative recovery may be vaginal hysterectomy surgery as a treatment of choice for benign uterine gynecological surgery.
