袖珍型静电泄放器的分析研究与结构设计

摘  要:静电普遍存在于人们的生产和生活中,不同场所产生的静电强度有差异,造成后果的严重程度有区分。如静电不能及时消除,加油、加气站很容易因静电泄放时的电弧引燃油料或燃气导致火灾。在电子器件的制造、安装、传递、运输、试验、存储、测量和调试等过程中,这些物品相互摩擦或与人体摩擦都会产生较高的静电压;一些实验实训过程中静电随时会产生,随时随地需要进行泄放。立足于教学实验实训场所,基于结构简单、外形美观、安装方便、牢固耐用、成本低廉等方面的考虑,设计一款人体静电泄放器,采用级联触点结构,摒弃了传统的"球"部件设计,使之体积小,重量轻,便于安装操作。Electrostatic exists in the production and life of the people in different places. The static strength is different, there is the distinction between the severity of the consequences. The refueling stations, such as static electricity can not be eliminated in time, it is easy for arc ignition when the electrostatic discharge of oil or gas to fire. Electronic device manufacturing, installation, transfer transport, storage, test, measurement and debugging process, these items and human friction or friction will generate high static voltage to each other. Some experimental training in the process of static electricity at any time will be produced, the need for relief. Whenever and wherever possible based on the teaching experiment and training places, has the advantages of simple structure, beautiful appearance, convenient installation, firm durable, low cost and other considerations based on the design of a human body electrostatic discharge device, using the contact cascade structure, abandon the tradition- al "ball" component design, the small size, light weight, easy to install and operate.
