卓越工程师“安全管理”课程翻转式教学模式研究

摘　　要：安全管理课程是安全工程专业的主干课程,在安全专业卓越工程师培养中对学生的自主学习、分析问题、解决问题的能力也有更高的要求。文章针对安全卓越工程师培养目标,探讨了翻转式教学在卓越工程师"安全管理"课程教学中的应用设计,并对翻转式教学的课前准备、课堂学习和教学效果分析进行了阐述。结果表明,翻转式教学可以激发学生参与教学过程积极性,从根本上"激活"课堂,使课堂变成"有活力"的课堂。The Safety Management course is the main course of safety engineering specialty. And there are higherrequirements to the students＂ ability of independent study, analysis and problem solving in the training of ExcellentEngineer of safety engineering specialty. In this paper, the application and design of Flipped Teaching in Safety Man-agement course of excellent engineer training is discussed, and the class preparation, classroom learning and teachingeffect analysis are also described. The results show that the flipped teaching can stimulate students to participate inthe teaching process, and ＂activate＂ the classroom, and make the classroom become ＂lively＂.
