摘　　要：合理的融资方式不仅直接关系到企业资金能否及时到位的问题,同时也是新项目开发实施的关键。以三一重工股份有限公司为主要研究对象、徐工科技股份有限公司、广西柳工机械股份公司为辅助研究对象,并对比分析徐工股份、柳工股份,详细地对融资问题进行各方面的分析,结合多层次多角度融资理念,公司融资问题和融资发展需求,为机械行业融资提出一些可行性的对策。Starting with the finance issues of the machinery industry, this paper studies the reasons for the effects of financing in Chinese machinery industry. With Sany Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. as the main object, Xu Gong Technology Co., Ltd. and Liu Gong Machinery Co., Ltd. as assisting objects in the study, it comparatively analyzes the finance issues of Xu Gong and Liu Gong, and proposes solutions to financing options combined with a multi-level multi-angle financing concept, corporate finance issues and development financing needs.
