国外邮政信息化发展战略及数字化转型特点分析

摘　　要：通过梳理国外邮政的发展战略,发现信息化是多国邮政快速发展的引擎,并通过国外邮政的实际案例,总结出国外先进邮政公司在信息化发展环境下的数字化转型特点。Through combing the development strategy of foreign post, it found that informatization was the engine to the rapid development of multinational posts. And through the actual cases of foreign post, the digital transition characteristics which was guided by informatization development environment of foreign post were summerised.
