摘　　要：本文报道1例潜水作业过程突发右侧面颊部疼痛患者的诊疗经过，终诊为右侧上磨牙气压性牙痛，分析误诊的原因，总结经验教训。This paper reported the treatment of a sudden right cheek pain during diving, diagnosed as right grinding tooth barotraumas pain finally. The causes of misdiagnosis were analyzed, as well as the experi- ences and lessons were summarized.
