女性不孕症患者衣原体与支原体感染情况分析

摘　　要：目的:研究不孕妇女阴道衣原体感染的情况。方法:选择我院从2012年2月至2015年2月就诊的210例不育不孕患者作为观察组,另选取同期在我院体检中心健康妇女100例作为对照组,对比两组衣原体和支原体感染率,分析二者的关系。结果:观察组衣原体的阳性率为49.05%,显著高于对照组的6.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组支原体的阳性率为49.52%,显著高于对照组的12.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组衣原体感染与支原体感染具有相关性(r=0.632,P<0.05)。结论:衣原体感染在妇女不孕不育中起着至关重要的作用,因此对不育不孕妇女的治疗首先要排除阴道衣原体感染,且需要及早的治疗,提高疗效,避免盲目治疗。Objectives ： To study the situation of vaginal Chlamydia infection of infertile women. Methods： 210 infertility female patients in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2015 seeking treatment were selected as observation group. 100 healthy women at the same period were selected as control group. The statistical analysis of data and the positive rate of two groups of patients were statistically analyzed. The infection rates of Chlamydia and Mycoplasma in two groups were compared, and the relationship between the two groups was analyzed. Results： The positive rate of Chlamydia in the observation group was 49.05%, significantly higher than that of the control group of 6.00%, with statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The positive rate of Mycoplasma in the observation group was 49.52%, significantly higher than that of the control group of 12, 00%, with statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The infection of Chlamydia in the observation group was correlated with the infection of Mycoplasma （r = 0. 632 ,P 〈 0. 05 ）. Condusion： The chlamydia infection is closely related to women＇s sterility, which is one of the important reasons for the disease. Therefore, treatment of infertile women should rule out the vagina chlamydial infection, and early treatment can improve curative effect, which also can avoid blind treatment.
