摘 要:研究了蓄光聚酯切片及其纤维的性能表征,采用原位聚合法制得蓄光聚酯切片,纺丝制得纤维,通过分析表明:一定量的蓄光粉体能够均匀地分散于聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)基体中,并且未改变PET的化学结构;随着蓄光粉体质量分数的增加,切片发射光谱的相对发光强度呈增加的趋势;较常规PET,蓄光聚酯的冷结晶温度降低,热结晶温度增大,并且随着蓄光粉体质量分数的增加变化趋势增大;蓄光纤维的断裂强度和断裂伸长率较常规PET纤维均有不同程度的下降,适当增加纤维的拉伸倍数可提高其强度;纤维余辉时间较长。The luminous polyester chips were prepared with in- situ polymerization method,and its polyesters were obtained through spinning. The property characterization of luminous polyester chips and its fibers was studied. Result showed that a certain amount of luminous powders could disperse uniformly in the polyethylene terephthalate polyester( PET) matrix without changing the chemical structure of PET; with the increasing of mass fraction of luminous powder,the relative luminous intensity of the emission spectrum of the chips assumes a rising trend. The differential scanning calorimetry test proved that compared with common polyester,the cold crystallization temperature( tcc) decreases and the hot crystallization( tmc) increases,and the changing tendency becomes bigger with luminous powder content increasing. The mechanical property test of fibers showed that the breaking strength and elongation of luminous fibers appear different degrees of decline than those of common polyester fibers,and their breaking strength can be improved by increasing the draw ratio of fibers. The fiber brightness attenuation test indicated that the afterglow time of the fibers becomes longer.
