摘 要:采用高速摄像机,研究了几种常见生物质燃油的雾化特性,分别对雾化锥角、索特平均直径(SMD)、液滴速度以及雾化液滴的尺寸数目分布进行了研究。结果表明,生物质燃油的雾化锥角随压力增大而增大,三种生物原油相比,地沟油的雾化锥角最大;生物柴油相比小桐子油生物柴油的雾化锥角最大。索特平均直径(SMD)随压力的增大而减小且具有一定的线性关系;雾化液滴在轴向上方的速度较大,而在轴向下方的液滴速度较小;地沟油中小液滴数目较多,使得其分布曲线峰值较高。三种生物柴油的粒径尺寸分布趋势一致,小桐子油生物柴油小尺寸液滴数目更多一些。The atomization characteristics of some kinds of biomass fuel oil were studied. The spray angle, Sauter mean diameter(SMD),particle velocity and the particle size distribution were analyzed based on image processing by using high speed photography. The experimental results showed that with the increase of the pressure, the spray angle of the oils increased; the angle of the waste oil is the biggest compared with three kinds of bio oil, and the Jatropha biodiesel compared with three kinds of biodiesel; Sauter mean diameter(SMD) is increase with the decrease of pressure and there is a certain linear relationship between them; the velocity of the atomized liquid drops which upon the axial speed is larger than that below the axial. The number of small droplet is more in waste oil, which makes the distribution curve and the peak value higher. The particle size distribution trend of the biodiesels is consistent, however the number of small droplet is more in Jatropha biodiesel.
