摘 要:针对国内现有熔锌感应炉呈现的低功率,小容量等问题,搭建大功率工频有心感应电炉实验平台,开发工频有心熔锌炉逆变电源,为1000 k W工频有心感应电炉的研制提供技术支持。结果表明:本次大功率感应体及逆变电源的联合实验中,当直流电压在0~403 V,对应逆变电压0~515 V,可实现连续调节,进线电压等效到750 V时,感应体功率为938 k W,为感应体设计功率1000 k W的93.8%。但是,为更好的将大功率感应体应用于生产实际中,应改进主控制板,使直流电压在0~510 V,其对应逆变电压在0~750 V范围内连续可调,此外,调整感应体的线圈匝数或提高感应体的功率因数,并采取通水冷却方式,以达到感应体的设计功率1000 k W。Building the experimental platform of high power main frequency induction furnace with core and developing the inverter power supply of main frequency cored zinc-smelting furnace not only can be helpful to the problems of low power and small capacity of zinc-smelting induction furnace in domestic, but also can provide technical support for researching 1000 k W main frequency induction furnace with core. It turned out that in this collaborative experiment of high-power inductor and inverter power supply, when the DC voltage maintains between 0 and 403 V and the corresponding inverter voltage between 0 and 515 V, it can achieve continuous regulation, and when the inlet voltage equivalent to 750 V, the inductor power become 938 k W, which is 93.8% of the designed power 1000 k W. However, in order to better use of the high power inductors to actual production, we ought to improve the control panel and achieve the continuous regulation of DC voltage between 0 and 510 V and its corresponding inverter voltage is between 0 and 750 V. Moreover, we can adjust the turn ratio of the inductors or increase the power factor of the inductor as well as water cooling, so as to make the power of the inductors reach to the designed 1000 k W.
