摘  要:针对加热炉逐级优化控制的精确度难以进一步提高的问题,以某钢厂型号HPB235直径10 mm的优质钢材的加热过程为例进行分析,选取加热炉中非常关键的预热段下部、下加热段和下均热段等温度为例重点阐述,运用单样本K-S检验方法对其进行分布规律的理论分析,获取该型号钢材加热过程温度变量的总体呈正态分布;首次利用各阶段的云模型指标和正态参数对优质钢材加热制度进行了有效揭示;为此,根据这些参数提出一种稳健度模型进行稳健设计实现加热过程的精细优化控制。In this paper, the quality steel heating process of HPB235 diameter of 10 mm selected were studied, the warm the lower section,down heating section and down soaking I section are critical in furnace. So take three-stage temperature component as an example,one-sample K-S test methods are employed to analyze for the distribution of various temperature ranges in theoretical; the overall distribution of the variable temperature heating process was normally distributed; the cloud model index and the normal parameters of each stage were employed to reveal effective high-quality steel heating system firstly, therefore, for the robust model according to these parameters,optimization and improvements of its conduct robust design can be realized to improve steel quality control and heating process.
