摘 要:以浙江省某高校2014年面向全校的满意度问卷为数据来源,利用逐次回归、层次分析法建立满意度模型。对该高校整体满意度,以及教育服务、硬件设施、文化氛围、管理制度、行政保障各分项满意度进行计算,分析得到该校的挑战项目、优势项目等。并利用方差分析、贝叶斯判别对影响满意度高低的学生性别、年级、专业、成绩等因素进行分析。该高校整体满意度得分为2.369,介于满意与较满意之间。图书馆硬件设施为提高该校满意度的挑战项目。大一年级理工科成绩中上的男生,满意度最高。This paper, based on the satisfaction questionnaire of a certain university in Zhejiang province as data source as well as the stepwise regression and the analytic hierarchy process to establish the satisfaction model, calculates the overall satisfaction of the university and the satisfaction of educational services, hardware facilities, cultural atmosphere, management system, and the administrative guarantee, analyzes the data to come up with the school's challenging projects and the advantageous projects, etc. and discusses the factors of gender, grade, specialty and scores of the students by using the analysis of variance and Bayesian discrimination. The findings indicate that the overall satisfaction score of the university is 2.369 which is between satisfaction and basic satisfaction with the first-grade male students of science and engineering nature having the highest satisfaction and the library hardware facilities constitute the challenging project.
